We have a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after your purchase to request a refund on digital products.
Eligibility for a Refund To be eligible for a refund, you must not have accessed, downloaded, or used the digital content. If the product has already been accessed or downloaded, we reserve the right to deny the refund request. You'll need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your digital product, please contact us immediately at copoloproduction@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Refundable Items The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Digital products that have already been accessed, downloaded, or used.
- Sale items or gift cards.
- Products purchased more than 7 days ago.
Exchanges Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer exchanges.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not yet accessed or downloaded the digital content. Once the content has been accessed, the right of withdrawal no longer applies in accordance with EU consumer law.
Refunds Once your refund request is approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at copoloproduction@gmail.com.
